Cantonese EN Ken Takase - Chinese

Cantonese EN Ken Takase that offers a vegetarian course, has just opened in October 2012 together with Tokyo Station renewal. They provide the healthy and nutritious dishes produced from the freshest vegetables and seasoning ingredients of which have beauty and anti-aging effects.

This restaurant is situated in a super prime location of the basement of the Tokyo Station Hotel that has reopened with more good taste and classic atmosphere after a long-term renovation.

It was a very nice experience that I was surprisingly served my vegetarian course by chef Ken Takase with a detailed explanation of each plate. I felt that he has made all dishes with little surprises painstakingly dish by dish.

Chinese cuisine has an oily image, however, healthy and non-greasy dishes produced by him are incredibly superb. Of course, normal chinese course is available for non-vegetarians.

Natural French GRACE Kihachiro HACHISUKA - French

GRACE Kihachiro HACHISUKA is located in Aoyama which is an amazing Natural French Restaurant. It has an impression of cleanliness and invigoration with an emphasis on the color white.

Why is this restaurant called "Natural French"? They provide delicious dishes of which  produced from organically-grown ingredients, additionally convey a sense of the season and look pleasing to the eye.

I've visited there to take part in a workshop called "Vegetables school". The amazing macrobiotic dishes followed after a workshop. I've never enjoyed such an incredible tasty and healthy fresh french.

You can also enjoy organic dishes with meat and fish during usual opening hours. A vegetarian course is also available for both lunch and dinner.

If you are interested in the GRACE, advise you to make a reservation at your earliest convenience since it's becoming a popular french restaurant in Tokyo.
