Lauderdale - American Cuisine

To be precise, Lauderdale located beside the Keyaki-zaka (slope) directly cross from Grand Hyatt Hotel in Roppongi is not the organic restaurant, though I categorized as organic restaurant.  However, they provide the menu with fresh-squeezed vegetable juice, vegetable souflle, farafel, dishes with Acai Berry called Super Foods, avocado, Garbanzo & red beets which are super healthy!

We requested a table in the terrace beforehand if it's a nice weather and we can chose a table inside the restaurant, in case it's chilly outside.  And then, we were in Terrace with a big space heater, though it was chilly on that day...  We tried farafel with yoghurt dip, which is the croquette made by crushed Garganzo and mama's home-made chili con carne respectively as the two choices of side dishes.  Both of them are Yummy!!

You can see the above photo of mushrooms & cheese souffle which was my ordered main dish.   It's amazing!  It tasted something like my favourite mushrooms cream soup.

4 pieces of pancakes with smoked salmon, sower cream & butter and served with maple syrop, which are pretty big-portion. Couldn't eat all at once!

I recommend you pick this restaurant, especially for breakfast in the weekdays or brunch in the weekends, if you miss American dishes or you'd really like to have a healthy breakfast to start your fresh morning!   Of course, a table in the terrace is nicer in case of a comfortable weather.  This is the Tokyo branch of original restaurant located in Maiami Fort in the States.  Since always fully booked in the weekends, recommend you make a reservation in advance.
