Hills Marche in Ark Hills - Roppongi・Akasaka area

There is a farmer's market called "Hills Marche" in the Ark Hills in Roppongi-Akasaka area held every weekend, that is a relatively big market in central Tokyo. It's easy to get organic vegetables here.  A number of farmer's markets take place in the cetral Tokyo for the last two years, that is remarkable aspect compared with the condition of Tokyo organic market 5-6 year ago.

Farmers in Ibaragi prefecture, Kanto area open their own outdoor booths at the Hills Marche, so we can buy extremely fresh organic vegetables that were directly shipped by trucks every mornings of the weekends.

The picture shown above is not organic certified vegetables, but agricultural chemical-free as well as chemical fertilizers-free. Also I found the other booths which we can buy vegetables that have the organic certified JAS mark.

Bottles of organic wine also available. Mavie is the one of reliable organic wine shops, located nearby a 5-minute walk from Ark Hills. I didn't get drunk even if I had a glass of wine served by Mavie. Actually I am a light drinker and my face easily turns red with just a drink though.

Other household products also available. This place has an easy access to come over from anywhere, just next to ANA InterContinental Hotel. If you would like to experience the Tokyo organic market, please visit here and enjoy looking around!  Just for your information, it will be amazing cherry blossom gate in Sakura-zaka which means cherry blossom slope in English, surrounding the Ark hills around the end of March or early April.

My evaluation: ★★★★☆
